Working Globally, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to launch innovative products and drive portfolio growth.
Lead and support the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring timely and high-quality launches, on time, on quality, on cost.
Track and report on sales performance, helping to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Help manage the product lifecycle, including phase in and phase out activities.
Coordinate communications for product launches, promotions, and lifecycle changes.
Conduct market research and engage with end-users to uncover new opportunities.
Help create engaging training materials and product information for regional teams.
Build strong relationships across supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to support the global STANLEY Strategy
Maintain product roadmaps and support inventory optimisation.

Recent Graduate with a degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Some Experience in product management, marketing, or project coordination is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.
Passion for product development.
Holds a full, clean UK driving licence.
