Carry out deep cleaning of all kitchen areas to the highest hygiene standards.
Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, workstations, floors, walls and storage areas.
Wash and correctly store crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and equipment.
Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
Complete all daily, weekly and scheduled cleaning tasks.
Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment at all times.
Ensure Company standards and food safety procedures are consistently followed.
Comply with all Health & Safety and Fire Safety regulations.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Kitchen Porter to join our team at Isabel Mayfair.
A strong work ethic with a positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to work night shifts on a regular basis.
Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
A willingness to learn and develop within a professional kitchen environment.
