The Job

Operate LGV vehicles for the delivery and collection of animal feed product safely, effectively, and efficiently within the law to meet customer needs.

Deliver feed efficiently to generate revenue and ensure fleet profitability.

Provide outstanding service to customers, promote the company brand, and confidently identify and solve customer needs.

Ensure the vehicle is driven in compliance with the Operator's Licence and legal requirements.

Maintain a safe working manner prioritizing health and safety of self, colleagues, stakeholders, and the public.

Complete daily tasks and routines timely, with flexibility to support fleet efficiency.

Review and improve driving style and performance to support fuel efficiency standards.

Report and address concerns regarding quality, service, environmental, and safety issues promptly.

Adhere to Company and Group policies related to Safety, Health and Environmental standards.

Comply with relevant legislation and codes of practice, including UFAS, FIAS, & NOPS assurance schemes.

Skills, Experience, and Qualities Required

LGV Licence (Desirable Class 1)

Flexible approach to work, including delivering bulk feed as required

Excellent communicator able to build strong relationships

Ability to work independently and use own initiative

Experience of Animal feed / Agriculture
