Produce Mens technical workbooks for sending to the factories, including:
Amending styles and updating workbooks as required after fittings
Working closely with Designers to develop the designs
Working closely with the Garment Tech team to problem solve finishings for styles demonstrating a depth of knowledge of construction for different types of styles in line with the Jaded identity and factory ability
Ad hoc flexible support for the design teams to help find solutions for final designs
Contribute to keeping the Tech Design Ai libraries and Trim Worksheets up to date
Being responsive and positive to feedback, proactive in creating strong cross divisional relationships and striving for seeking efficient solutions

4 or more years of Menswear Apparel Design experience
Experience working with overseas suppliers or factories
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Excel and Microsoft office
Strong knowledge and understanding of garment construction
Ability to prioritise, managing multiple deadlines and heavy workloads to strict deadlines
Confidence and ability to work at pace and independently
A problem solver, identifying issues immediately
Trend-focused with an eye for detail
Capable of working autonomously and making strong creative decisions.
Flexible working approach, diligent and able to adapt to the needs of the team
