Our Onboarding team is responsible for onboarding new clients and periodically reviewing existing ones. This involves collecting and verifying documentation to confirm a client's identity, ownership structure, and the nature of their business. For corporate clients - which make up the bulk of investment banking relationships - this can be complex, involving multi-layered ownership structures across multiple jurisdictions.,

Helping the team collect and check client information and documents
Learning how Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are completed
Supporting regular reviews of existing client records to keep them current
Keeping information accurate and up to date in internal systems
Helping prepare updates or reports for the team
Taking part in team meetings and learning about onboarding processes
Supporting small improvement projects where appropriate, with guidance from colleagues
Following company policies and compliance guidelines, Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a short task and attend an in-person interview at Credit Agricole - an interview pack will be shared in advance including visual information of the location and the interview questions.
Final shortlisted candidates will be invited to join an additional interview which could be virtual or in person.
