Our ambition is bold: to become the UK's No.1 NEC4 QS Consultancy - the partner clients turn to for certainty, innovation, and commercial leadership, and the workplace where professionals grow, lead, and make meaningful impact.

Our distinction lies in the combination of deep NEC4 expertise and a people-first philosophy. Through models like Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviours®, we help teams work better together and bring NEC4's principles of trust, cooperation, and transparency to life on real projects.

At Solomons, every career is a learning journey - supported, structured, and designed to help you deliver work that matters. Joining us means a career built on clear NEC4 and RICS pathways, one-to-one mentorship, and lifelong learning that blends technical mastery with personal development.

The Senior QS Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a trusted commercial advisor, shaping outcomes on complex client projects. You'll identify smarter ways of working, drive process improvements, and collaborate directly with stakeholders to resolve challenges and unlock opportunities. Our clients rely on us as genuine partners - people who combine technical expertise with practical, hands-on support.

By bringing together NEC4 mastery, RICS professionalism, and Solomons' behavioural development approach, you'll operate with confidence, clarity, and credibility. You'll help create capable, collaborative environments where teams thrive and projects achieve the very best outcomes.
