G3 Systems is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to support our growing operations in Portland. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the successful delivery of projects across the business. If you take pride in accuracy, organisation, and working as part of a team, this is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high operational standards. What you'll be doing

Receiving and checking goods in line with company procedures
Picking and packing materials for project use
Weighing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch
Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift
Maintaining accurate digital and physical stock records
Scanning and filing goods received documentation
Supporting general warehouse organisation and weekly housekeeping activities

Good standard of general education
Valid FLT (B1) licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a structured environment
Experience in goods-in processes, including inspection and booking
Basic IT skills and confidence using digital systems
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable and proactive, with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Methodical and accurate in your approach
