Full Job Description
You will help create exceptional learning environments by supporting the delivery of an exciting curriculum in a truly therapeutic setting. You will work closely with the class teacher and HLTA to support the needs of pupils as individuals or in small groups throughout the day.
You will be working with students 1-to-1 or in small groups to enable their access to their learning. You will need to have excellent people skills and a warm and caring personality. The ability to communicate effectively with students and staff is important.
WBC Band D. Actual salary: £21,013 per year plus annual SEN Allowance of £1,263.
8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday; 8.30am-4pm Friday. Term time only., WBC Band C. Actual salary: £16,439 per year plus annual SEN Allowance of £1,020.
8.45am-3.15pm Monday to Friday. Term time only
