The Opportunity

The team currently consists of two partners, three associates, and a paralegal, acting for an impressive range of businesses, property owners, and high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will initially undertake a caseload comprising approximately:

60% Property Litigation

40% Commercial Litigation

However, the long-term vision is for this role to develop into a predominantly commercial litigation practice. The firm has an established corporate team that regularly generates commercial disputes, creating significant opportunities to build your own practice while continuing to work alongside experienced litigators. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client contact and wants to play an active role in the future growth of a successful litigation department.
