Operational & Administrative Support:

Maintain and update store documents, files, and databases
Assist in stock management processes (receipts, transfers, RTVs, stock takes)
Support scheduling, rotations, and holiday planning in alignment with payroll
Process store expenses, invoices, petty cash, and liaise with finance
Manage after-sales service repairs, liaising with the key stakeholders
Coordinate store maintenance and ensure health& safety checks are completed
Support execution of VM guidelines and seasonal campaigns from HQ
Maintain brand standards in both front and back-of-house areas
Support training administration: booking sessions, tracking completion
Organise store meetings and prepare meeting notes when required
Manage and maintain client appointment calendar
Provide operational support to Store Manager and wider leadership
Assist with onboarding of new hires, employee documentation and induction processes
