Support the identification, assessment and monitoring of pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
Deliver, coordinate and evaluate targeted intervention programmes.
Work collaboratively with teachers to implement effective strategies and provision that meet individual pupil needs across the curriculum.
Contribute to the development, implementation and review of One Plans, SEND Support Plans and EHCP provision.
Liaise effectively with parents/carers, staff and external professionals to promote positive outcomes for pupils.
Supervise and manage the SEND Hub, maintaining a purposeful learning environment and accurate, confidential SEND records.
Attend SEND team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development and effectiveness of SEND provision across the school, Discovery Educational Trust is committed to safeguarding our pupils against radicalisation and extremism and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
