Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
Participates in assigned hardware and software trainings (on the job, classroom and web based).
Utilizes Diebold Nixdorf's diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting.
Performs hardware repairs and maintenance.
Cleans and adjusts and configures components.
Configures and installs applicable software.
Performs routine checks according to documented procedures.
Instructs and trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
Participates in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed KPIs.
Assists with special projects as assigned.

Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in any mobile engineering discipline.
Ideally have worked providing one of the following IT, EPOS, Break Fix, Customer Support.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Full, clean UK driver's license required.
