Deliver high-quality financial reporting and insight to key stakeholders, including the Board, shareholders, lenders and regulators.
Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles and ongoing financial performance reviews across the Group.
Own and continuously develop the Group's strategic financial model, providing analysis and recommendations to support strategic planning, investment decisions and capital allocation.
Partner with the CEO and CFO to shape, evaluate and execute the Group's strategic priorities and long-term growth agenda.
Communicate financial results, trends and future performance outlooks in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring alignment between financial objectives, business strategy and organisational accountability.
Drive continuous improvement in financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management processes, leveraging data, technology and best practice.
Build, lead and develop a high-performing Financial Planning & Performance function, attracting, retaining and developing exceptional talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.
