Rotating across development, construction and operational phases of renewable energy projects
Supporting the planning and delivery of wind, solar and battery storage projects across the UK
Contributing to technical assessments, feasibility studies and engineering design reviews
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, commercial analysts and environmental specialists
Gaining broader business exposure through a rotation outside of the core renewables team
Analysing project data and producing reports to support investment and operational decisions
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contributing ideas to enhance delivery

Degree of 2:1 or higher in engineering, renewable energy, environmental science or a related discipline (completed or due to be completed)
Genuine interest in renewable energy and the transition to a low-carbon economy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn in varied project environments
Full UK driving licence desirable due to site visits

£35,000 starting salary plus performance-related bonus
