Scale 2, Points 14 - 16, £25,949 - £25,949 per annum equivalent to £11,221 - £11,221 per annum.

16 hours per week (including evening and weekends, and occasional early mornings)

Part time, fixed term until 30 November 2026 or upon the return of the postholder, whichever is sooner.

About you:

Candidates should possess a level 2 qualification in Customer Service (NVQ or equivalent) and have relevant experience. You should hold a level 2 qualification in both English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 2.
