Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers. An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Engineering Administrator to join our engineering team working at our Evesham depot. You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 4 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.

About the role:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Answering incoming phone calls

Processing quotes and payments

Booking boiler/tank quotes

Ordering stock, dealing with suppliers

Making calls to customers with notification prior to jobs

Stock control

Update the computer system with stock levels and prices

Arrange boiler/tank services and send out job sheets to engineers

Investigate complaints and escalate if needed

General assistance in the office

Excellent communication skills

IT literate

Ability to work as part of a team

Able to work under pressure

Ability to prioritise outstanding tasks

Able to work under own initiative

Willingness to follow instructions
