As the Residential Nursing Home Manager, it is essential that you have previous Nursing Home Management experience within a similar environment and are qualified to a minimum of QCF/NVQ Level 5 or equivalent. You will lead the care and nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care delivery, carry out assessments for new residents, liaise with external agencies, market the home and ensure the smooth running of the service whilst promoting company policies and procedures throughout the home.
