We're looking for a confident and driven Customer Support & Sales Advisor to join our growing MedFx team. This role is all about providing outstanding support to clinical beauty professionals.,

Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and email with a proactive, can-do attitude
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with internal procedures
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a fast, professional, and reliable service
Proactively identify sales opportunities by growing existing accounts and following up on leads and campaigns
Promote the MedFx House of Brands to existing customers, new clients, and prospects
Support product launches, special offers, and brand initiatives to achieve targets
Approve and onboard new customer accounts, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Liaise with courier services to resolve delivery issues and achieve the best outcomes for customers
Meet company KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets
Handle administrative tasks related to the department efficiently
Escalate issues or risks to the Contact Centre Manager where appropriate
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support wider team activities when needed
Comply with company policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
