Strategy: Work with leadership to craft tailored growth plans for purchasing groups and independent businesses.
Execution: Take ownership of sales forecasting, promotional calendars and trade marketing.
Ambassadorship: Represent the brand at major trade shows and industry events.
Experience in account management within an FMCG environment.
Understanding of P&L management, forecasting and business development.
Proven ability to build and deliver joint business plans and negotiate effectively to drive results.
Experience managing senior-level relationships internally and externally; ability to influence decision-makers and present at various organisational levels.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM, forecasting tools and Google Office.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
