Supporting the firm's technology governance, compliance and risk management frameworks, helping to balance innovation with appropriate risk management.
Partnering with stakeholders across Legal & Risk, Technology, Procurement and Innovation teams to support strategic technology initiatives.
Monitoring and responding to emerging legal and regulatory developments affecting technology and AI, translating requirements into practical business solutions.
Contributing to client, leadership and firm-wide initiatives relating to technology risk, governance, compliance and training, Work on strategic and globally significant technology and AI initiatives.
Contribute to the development of market-leading approaches to technology governance and risk management.

We are interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
A minimum of 4 years' post-qualification relevant experience gained within a leading City law firm, in-house legal team or relevant regulatory environment.
Experience advising on technology, AI, regulatory, data, risk or compliance-related matters.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills alongside the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative approach and interest in supporting the responsible adoption of innovative technologies.
