We are looking for an individual with knowledge or a keen interest in gardening and horticulture who are passionate to join our busy Growth Team. Using

a person-centred approach, you will be supporting people with diverse needs and offering the opportunity to learn horticultural maintenance vocational skills as well as improving self-esteem and social skills.What we would like from you:

• Skills or an interest in gardening and horticulture.
• Good level of IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
• A kind and caring approach to supporting people
