Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? One YMCA is looking for a Senior Team Leader to support our Café teams, providing hands-on supervision, guidance, and leadership across multiple sites. What you'll do:

Lead and develop Café Assistants, supporting training, rotas, and day-to-day operations.
Deputise for the Café Manager, ensuring cafés are fully staffed, compliant, and delivering excellent service.
Maintain high standards in customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene.
Collaborate with central services and foster a positive, community-focused café culture.

Proven experience in hospitality supervision, with Barista or Chef experience a plus.
Strong people management and organisational skills.
Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and budget management.
Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
First Aid Certificate
