Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a host or reception role, ideally in a high-volume restaurant
Confident, friendly and highly organised
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Comfortable managing bookings and guest flow during busy service
Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable or similar preferred)
A natural leader who can support and guide junior hosts
