A PhD in a relevant discipline (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacokinetics, DMPK, or related field) combined with meaningful industry or research experience
Hands-on modelling expertise, PBPK, popPK, PK-PD, QSP - you know these tools and you know how to make them tell a useful story
A solid grounding in ADME, PK, and drug substance/drug product manufacturing processes - enough to speak credibly across functions
A track record of publications and presentations that demonstrates you're engaged with where the field is going, not just where it's been
