Triage, assess and manage complex student cases, including safeguarding, welfare, Prevent and conduct-related matters
Work directly with students, including those experiencing complex personal circumstances, and liaise with internal teams and external agencies
Prepare and present cases to University panels and groups, including Student Case Management Group and Safeguarding/Prevent forums
Maintain accurate, timely and GDPR-compliant case records, reports and referrals
Contribute to the development of policy, guidance, training and shared good practice in student case management
