Escort and support young people in community activities and appointments.
Attend meetings and share feedback on each young person s progress.
Complete accurate records and reports in line with policy.
Safeguard young people and manage risk effectively.
Support physical health monitoring and daily routines.
Help organise stimulating activities and weekly plans.
Empower young people to reach their full potential.
Regular supervision and guidance from an experienced, diverse multi-disciplinary team.
Ongoing training and development opportunities.
A strong culture of teamwork and mutual support.

Minimum 12 months experience working as a children s and adults support worker in the UK.
Strong understanding of complex mental health needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion, patience, and the ability to engage the hard to engage.
