Full Job Description
The successful candidate will be an integral member of the PhD Academy's core management team, contributing to strategic planning and the delivery of PhD Academy operations. This role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt and advance our services in response to changing academic regulations, policies, and technological advancements.
Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of three officers, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews; ensuring efficient casework, advice, and student records management services, proactively leading improvements in student records and casework management, and; collaborating extensively with stakeholders across the School to uphold high standards of service.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a small team, excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft365 and other collaborative platforms, the ability to communicate complex information sensitively and effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders, and a proactive approach to service improvement and stakeholder engagement.
Salary from £42,679 to £51,000 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £54,730 pa inclusive of London allowance.
This is a full-time, permanent appointment.
