  We are looking for someone who is great with people, loves to find solutions to problems and can work independently., Registered Manager experience (or Deputy Manager ready to step up) in Domiciliary/Home care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it) Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance Proven experience managing or supporting care teams in a regulated environment Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage, inspire, and develop a growing team Confident in handling audits, risk assessments, and care planning Commercial awareness with the ability to grow business revenues A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail Strong organisational and administrative skills Competent IT skills, including familiarity with care management systems Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the local community Driver with access to a vehicle (essential for community-based work) Experience with fast-growing care services.
