Create content and deliver presentations and demonstrations to decision makers, both virtually and in person.
Manage the technical evaluation stage of the sales process as a main technical advisor for our solutions.
Provide pre-sales assistance to customers evaluating our software, including POCs, hands-on labs and bootcamps.
Record and maintain accurate customer and partner engagement details in our CRM platform, Salesforce.
Work closely with our value-added resellers on training, joint meetings and relationship building.
Support lead generation activities such as events, webinars and user groups.
Collaborate with our Product Development and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback.
Participate in cross-functional strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and add long-term value, such as TCO and ROI calculators and hands-on labs.

Demonstrable experience working in a pre-sales role in IT.
Prior experience using or deploying Veeam solutions.
VMCE certification is highly advantageous; we also support VMCE and VMCA certification once in the role.
Deep experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V and Nutanix AHV, plus related technologies such as SANs, hyper-converged storage and networking.
Working knowledge of public cloud platforms including Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
Working knowledge of key SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable presenting to groups, both remotely and in person.
Available to travel across the UK and Ireland.
Self-starter with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly.
