Assist in unloading deliveries and moving stock to the correct storage areas
Ensure all stock is put away promptly and stored in line with First in, First Out (FIFO)
Help with temperature checks and visual checks on incoming stock, reporting any issues to the head chef
Keep all back-of-house areas, both inside and outside, clean, tidy, and well organised
Support with the collection and correct storage of pallets and any redundant equipment
Assist in the cleanliness of the kitchen areas and supporting the kitchen team set up / set down tasks
Dispose of waste materials in designated areas and assist with maintaining a clean workspace
Work as part of a small team to meet daily operational goals
Communicate effectively with colleagues, delivery drivers, and other departments
Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines

We're looking for motivated and reliable Team Members to join our dynamic hotel back-of-house team to support with the daily deliveries and storage of goods within the Hotel Food & Beverage department. Working across two hotels and a woodland village, no two days are ever the same. If you're after a hands-on role, this could be the position for you!, Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Physically fit, able to move stock and heavy items safely
Familiarity with stock handling and food safety (training will be provided)
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
