Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, adhering to the established standards of the kitchen in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist the Head Chef in menu development and food production planning.
Manage inventory and food orders, ensuring that the kitchen is adequately stocked with fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring that all equipment, tools, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized frequently.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members, providing guidance in areas such as cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and food handling procedures.
Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved, and any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure that all kitchen staff members do the same.

At least 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, including experience in high volume cooking environments.
A professional culinary training qualification and a strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, as this role may require working weekends and holidays.
