Have GCSE grade 4+ (previously C or above) in English and Maths
Be passionate about working in the childcare sector and making a difference to children's lives.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Be motivated, organised, reliable, and be able to use your own initiative
Have knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage and experience of working with early years children (although this is not essential it would be an advantage)
