As a Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, supporting their independence and wellbeing. Your duties may include:

Supporting with washing, bathing, dressing, and personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
Assisting at mealtimes, ensuring dietary needs are met and recorded.
Following care plans and keeping accurate documentation.
Encouraging and supporting residents to take part in activities within the centre.
Working closely with colleagues and families to deliver the best possible care.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and confident in supporting people with learning disabilities.
Previous experience in a care or support worker role is essential.
Experience with learning disabilities is desirable, but training will be provided.
