Contribute to budget management by the timely processing of invoices for key accounts.
Lead the month-end process for Reduced Revenue for Burt's Bees and Ever Clean distributors
Attend the month-end Reduced Revenue meetings with Finance and Sales for Burt's Bees and Ever Clean.
Support the Sales and Shopper Marketing team with ad hoc data requests e.g. Category & Competitor Reviews, Sales Performance Analysis, Digital Shelf Analysis, preparation for customer meetings.
Working with an external designer utilize the shopper toolkits to create retailer specific activation assets for Burt's Bees and Ever Clean.
Support the Sales Team with ad hoc operational duties e.g. Meeting room bookings, customer meeting logistics etc.

Years and Type of Experience:
2+ Experience in Retail Operations or Finance roles
Experience in multinational organizations with values similar to Clorox
Excellent Microsoft Office Package Knowledge, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Have an aptitude for organisation and administrative leadership
Able to work with little supervision
Ability to work cross functionally with a wide group of people from all levels
Confident, optimistic, can-do attitude and a team player
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
