To administrate all day-to-day production activities through the SAP system resulting in the correct ordering patterns for materials to ensure smooth flow of work, escalating any issues to the shift leader.
To liaise with planning, internal customers and external suppliers to ensure the correct materials are available to ensure customer demand is met.
To ensure all administration is carried out efficiently, confirming sheets OTIF to ensure department stocks are accurate and all records/files are kept up to date for quality auditing purposes and SAP system alignment.
Monitor kanban systems/reorder points and ensure adequate levels of all consumables are maintained through placing orders onto Epro.
Create purchase orders on the SAP system to enable orders to be placed for required items within the production departments.
Carry out Perpetual Inventory Counts and stock take including week end stock balancing minimising stock write offs.
Administer the check weighing system to ensure the weighing of filled products complies with the Weights and Measures legislation.

A good degree of literacy and numerical skills required for the completion of administration activities.
Good IT skills including the ability to quickly learn computer systems e.g. SAP and Datastor.
Good communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Previous administration experience would be an advantage.
