Shared Lives are a care provider within Cheshire East Council, and we provide long-term intermediate support, respite, day support and support out in the community to our customers., We are looking to recruit: 1 Social Care Assessor @ 37 hours per week. Working days: Monday to Friday Working hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday. 9am to 4:30pm on Friday. No work on weekends and bank holidays

Providing a high-quality person-centred care and support service
Delivering daily support to people such as personal care, administration of medication, daily activities, and support.

Experience is welcome but it is not required as full induction will be given along with all necessary training and support however if you are caring, friendly and have a commitment to enrich people's lives whilst treating individuals with dignity and respect, we would welcome your application.
