Set up and manage Bargain Hub's social media accounts, maintaining consistent branding, accurate business information.
Develop a social media strategy and content calendar aligned with the store's product range (phone accessories, luggage, toys, homeware, etc), seasonal promotions and sales objectives.
Create and publish engaging product photos, videos and reels showcasing products and the mobile phone repair service to drive purchases.
Run online marketing campaigns directing customers to eBay listings and increasing footfall to the Sittingbourne store.
Coordinate social media promotions with eBay offers, keeping pricing and messaging consistent across channels.
Improve eBay listing titles, descriptions and images using customer feedback and campaign insights.
Plan and manage paid social advertising within budget, tracking traffic, conversions and ROI.
Monitor customer engagement, competitor activity and online trends to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and repeat purchases.

Experience managing business social media accounts and creating digital content.
Understanding of eBay selling and how online marketing supports e-commerce sales.
Ability to create effective written, photographic and video content.
Experience with paid advertising, social media analytics and campaign reporting.
Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
