Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (on-prem) and MS Portals
Experience with Dynamics 365 CE
Strong C#/.NET experience, including custom plugins and workflows
Experience with client-side development (JavaScript, form scripting, ribbon customisation)
Experience working with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
Ability to interpret user requirements and deliver secure and resilient technical solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations or major Dynamics upgrades (desirable)
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams (desirable)
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (desirable)
