Join Our Team as a Complex Needs Case Worker Do you enjoy and are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives? At Changes, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges across the Kirklees area. Our mission is to provide flexible, creative, responsive, and therapeutic support that empowers our clients to lead fulfilling lives. As a Complex Needs Case Worker, you will be instrumental in providing tailored therapeutic support to individuals who has a diagnosis of personality disorder, traits of Personality Disorder or has experienced some form of trauma. Your role will involve engaging clients through a variety of methods including group activities and one-to-one support.

  • A sound knowledge base regarding differing evidence-based approaches to mental health.
  • Experience of developing and delivering programmes of group-work, courses or training
  • The ability to work within a framework of positive therapeutic risk taking and develop individual support plans.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with a wide range of services.
  • A full UK driving licence, happy to travel across the Kirklees area, Disability Confident
