Whether it's a fluffy robe or a soft towel, they are iconic during a guest's stay. As a Laundry Assistant, some of your tasks may include;

The collection, transportation, and counting of all linen items to make certain we maintain a sufficient supply in all areas that require linen.
To ensure that all linen items are cleaned to the highest standards and are perfectly presented, adding that magic touch to our guest experience
Coordinate with the housekeeping, Spa, Wellbeing, and Fitness teams to ensure that their areas are free of dirty items and that stock levels are correct.
Provide high-quality customer service and answer customer questions or guide them around the property as needed.
When necessary, laundry assist the wider housekeeping team in cleaning rooms and public areas so that guests can relax and unwind in a clean and comfortable environment from the moment they arrive.
