As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll have a varied role supporting our clients and Care Professionals in the community and supporting the care management team in the branch. Your role will include:

Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
Supporting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiatives
Contributing to on-call

Guaranteed hours contract with a minimum 30 hours per week
High pay rate of £16.39 to £17.39 per hour (including paid travel time)
Double time on bank holidays and other designated holiday days
Paid travel time at your standard hourly rate (included in the above hourly rate)
Paid mileage at the full allowance of 45p per mile
