Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries.
Responding to customer emails and processing training bookings.
Producing reports and invoices for clients.
Maintaining accurate training records to industry standards.
Creating and issuing training certificates to corporate clients worldwide.
Supporting internal departments with arranging and coordinating training activities.
Assisting with online course creation and updates within our Learning Management System (LMS).
Supporting the Online Training Manager with maintaining course documentation and records.
Arranging travel and accommodation for training activities.
Completing general office administration, including printing and document preparation.

GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5/6 or above).
Friendly, professional and eager to learn.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicating with customers by phone and email.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team.
