We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our highly skilled kitchen brigade. As Breakfast Chef you will play a pivotal role in the guests dining experience taking the lead and delivering high quality breakfasts using fresh locally sourced produce. The ideal candidate should be reliable and have previous experienced in a similar role at Michelin or high Rosette level. What you'll be doing

Preparing all breakfasts to a high standard for our hotel guests
Assisting in the daily preparation of MEP for breakfast and lunch
Ensuring stock within the business is managed to the agreed levels consistently and professionally, in conjunction with the Head Chef
Liaising closely with the breakfast supervisor to ensure a smooth breakfast service
Ensuring temperatures are taken in accordance with Food Policy

Keen, enthusiastic, well presented and has a sense of urgency
Have a passion for food and the hospitality industry
Ability to work unsupervised
A team player who communicates well with all colleagues
Has their own transport
