The Role: To provide support to a 5-year-old boy with autism. He is non-verbal but can copy some words. He struggles with his balance and co-ordination and uses a disability buggy. He is looking for a support worker to take him out into the community and to build trusting relationships with other adults. Must have SEN experience. Main Duties

To attend local parks and to access the community.
To attend the beach. He is a sand lover!
To occasionally go swimming (employee would be expected to get into the pool).
To go to the zoo and theme parks.
To attend soft play.
encourage to eat and drink.
To provide personal care, such as changing nappies.

This role is a lone working position, and an Enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) is required for all staff undertaking the role
