About Us

KHIPU Networks is an award-winning and highly successful Cyber Security company based in the UK and Africa. We offer outstanding opportunities for candidates of all levels within a dynamic and flexible working environment.

Founded in 2005, KHIPU Networks ethos has always been to work in partnership with customers, to understand their environments and challenges so that we can design and deploy Best-of-Breed solutions that enable them to meet their strategic goals.

Internal Account Manager - The Role

At KHIPU Networks, we don't believe sales is for everyone. In fact, if you're looking for an easy ride, a comfortable routine, or a role where someone tells you exactly what to do every day, this probably isn't the job for you. However, if you're ambitious, competitive, eager to learn, and prepared to challenge yourself, then this could be the start of an exceptional sales career.

We're looking for a new Internal Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team. You'll work alongside an experienced Account Director, learning directly from some of the best in the industry while supporting and engaging with customers and prospects via phone, email, video calls, and face-to-face meetings. The role is primarily office-based, but you'll also have opportunities to accompany the Account Director to customer meetings throughout the UK.

Building strong relationships with prospects, customers, vendors, and internal teams

Working closely with an Account Director to identify and develop opportunities

Obtaining vendor pricing and completing deal registrations

Preparing customer quotations and proposals

Proactively following up quotations and progressing opportunities

Maintaining accurate records and managing your sales pipeline effectively

Learning KHIPU's solutions, services, and customer base through structured training and mentorship

You:

Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed

Comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing new challenges

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The self-awareness to recognise areas for improvement and the determination to develop them

A natural curiosity and willingness to learn from experienced sales professionals

The resilience to keep pushing opportunities forward and help close business

Excellent organisation, follow-up, and diary management skills

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

Essential:

A genuine desire to build a career in sales

Fluent spoken and written English

Excellent written communication skills, particularly in customer-facing emails

Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Professional and courteous at all times

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Previous customer service, account management, or sales experience (desirable)

Benefits
