Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure optimisation reports that provide customers with clear, actionable insight
Identify opportunities to optimise licensing, improve utilisation, reduce risk and control costs
Translate complex technical and consumption data into recommendations that customers can easily understand and act on
Present findings and insights to customers, consultants and internal stakeholders with confidence and credibility
Improve reporting quality, consistency and scalability across the Licence Services function
Support service improvement initiatives, helping to develop more efficient and repeatable ways of working
Act as a trusted senior analyst, providing expertise, quality assurance and support across the wider team, Opportunity to own and influence customer outcomes, not just produce reports
Exposure to a broad range of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments across multiple customers

Existing Lead Consultant or Senior Consultant with at least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing technology, licensing, optimisation or advisory environment
Experience in software licensing, SAM, ITAM, cloud optimisation, reporting or a similar analytical role
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, usage or optimisation data
Experience analysing Azure consumption, cost management or optimisation information
Proven ability to create customer-facing reports and present findings clearly to stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
