Our Master Data team underpins highly automated trading, risk and back-office processes. This is where you come in. You will join a close-knit team across the UK and Germany, build deep expertise and see your work directly enable accurate trading, settlement and reporting across our core systems.

Maintain accurate, high-quality master data (e.g. counterparties, contracts) across core systems
Ensure data integrity to support automated trading, risk and back-office processes
Investigate and resolve data issues, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence
Drive process improvements aligned with automation and scalability goals
Maintain clear documentation and robust controls to ensure stable daily operations

Strong attention to detail combined with a structured and analytical approach to identifying and resolving data or process issues
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions, including with non-technical stakeholders
Strong sense of ownership with a track record of following through and delivering reliable outcomes
Basic understanding of data structures or databases (e.g. SQL, XML) and how data flows across systems
Willingness to share knowledge and actively support colleagues across team boundaries
Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to processes and controls
Experience with tools such as Endur, JIRA, Nexus, Power BI, Python, RPA or UiPath
German language skills
Project management experience
