YMCA Norfolk needs an Executive Assistant

This role is a key part of YMCA Norfolk's leadership function. They'll work at the heart of a mission-driven organisation alongside the CEO and Executive Team, helping shape the future of YMCA Norfolk and the lives of the young people we serve.

For this particular role, we are specifically seeking an active, practising Christian. This is not simply because the successful candidate will be working within a Christian charity, but because the role itself carries responsibility for actively leading and representing the Christian identity of YMCA Norfolk at the highest levels of the organisation. The postholder will regularly lead prayer, facilitate devotional activities, contribute biblical reflection within leadership and governance settings, and help ensure that Christian values are lived out in the organisation's culture, decision-making and relationships.

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about combining their professional skills with their faith. It would particularly suit an administrator, executive assistant, office manager or similar professional who feels called to contribute to Christian mission and leadership in a practical and strategic way.

Position: Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Pay: £30,225.00 per annum

Location: YMCA Norfolk Offices, Aylsham Road, Norwich with an element of home working

Contract Type: Fixed Term for 12 months

Hours per week: 37.5 hours
