As SENDCo, at Lower Farm Academy you will manage the provision for pupils identified as having Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), including promoting high quality teaching, effective use of resources, and high standards of learning and achievement for all pupils. You will work with, and alongside, our Pastoral and Attendance Lead and wider SLT, ensuring effective provision for all pupils with additional needs. We are looking for an individual who is:

Able to make learning engaging, inclusive and fun;
Willing to contribute to the wider life of the school;
Confident in using a range of resources to make the classroom more engaging;
