Introduction

We are seeking to appoint a Finance and Payroll Administrator Apprentice to help a busy and thriving Finance Department at Warwick Schools Foundation.

Our schools are located on two sites.
The 55-acre Warwick Campus in Warwick is home to some 2,600 pupils.
The town of Royal Leamington Spa is home to The Kingsley School. 
In addition, we have a strong professional service team including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Estates and Grounds. We also have a theatre, sports centre and events team.

What You'll Do

The role will include:

Assisting the purchase ledger clerk or payroll team
Input invoices, pay, benefits, overtime, absence and other adjustments
They will manage supplier and staff queries professionally and with high levels of confidence

Training Outcome

Once qualified you would be able to work a full-time role in a Finance department.

Essential - GCSE - English - 4 or above

Working Arrangements

Working Week: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Expected Duration: 1 Year 3 Months
